Buddy, a real estate broker in Crystal Springs MS and serving all of Copiah County and the surrounding area, first entered the real estate business in 1983 when he obtained his real estate sales person license. By 1985, just two years later, he got his broker’s license and started Progressive Realty. He knew by this point in his career that real estate was his calling. He listed and sold properties for a while, until his ambitions led him to a sleepy little area south of Jackson, MS called Byram. The rest is history as Buddy is now well known for Byram MS real estate. Commercial and Residential real estate development became his chosen path. He started the development of the Byram area in 1986. On June 25, 2009 Byram incorporated as Mississippi’s 297th municipality. Through Buddy’s hard work and determination Byram had become the 3rd largest city in Hinds County. During this time Buddy developed 3 subdivisions, sold approximately 800 homes, and developed, built or sold 90% of the commercial properties in Byram, MS. Few men can lay claim to building a city, however Buddy did just that. His knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Mississippi are rivaled by very few people. Any prospective buyer or seller would be doing well to have Buddy’s knowledge and expertise in their corner.
